Jill S. Chilcoat is a third-generation native San Diegan and has been with Lincoln, Gustafson & Cercos since 2001. Jill was originally a summer clerk with the firm during law school and has remained with the firm ever since. Jill received her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. Jill has developed a broad practice, including civil litigation focusing on insurance coverage, wrongful death, personal injury, products liability, employer liability, liquor liability, construction liability, Americans with Disabilities Act liability, class action defense, and many other areas of litigation. Jill also handles business consulting, compliance, and formation, wills and trusts, property tax matters, contracts, leases, and other non-litigation matters. Jill is admitted to practice law in all of the California courts and all of the Federal District Courts within California.
