Ben La Luzerne is an associate attorney in the Firm’s Las Vegas office focusing on premises liability matters. Before joining the Firm, Mr. La Luzerne was the Associate General Counsel for litigation for a large, global hospitality company where he handled consumer disputes, premises liability actions, and commercial litigation. He also spent several years in private practice representing business clients in commercial litigation.

Additionally, Mr. La Luzerne has served as a board member and officer for the Las Vegas Rugby Club, and now advises the Club with respect to various business matters. In his spare time, Mr. La Luzerne enjoys spending time with his children, and anything rugby.
