Mr. Gustafson is a founding partner of the California and Nevada offices, and has recently helped establish our new office in Arizona. Born in Moline, Illinois, Mr. Gustafson received a B.A. from the University of Arizona in 1981 and a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 1984. He has an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Gustafson handled the landmark appeal on corporate liability in a products liability context in Pacific Scene, Inc. v. Penasquitos, Inc. (46 Cal. 3d 407), and another regarding advertising injury in Cubic v. INA (33 F. 3d 34).
